I grew up in Tokyo as a cheerful, slightly clumsy dreamer who talked to everyone β and somewhere along the way that love of talking to people turned into a love of teaching language.
I believe learning a language should feel like making a new friend, not sitting an exam. I'm patient, endlessly encouraging, and I truly light up when a student has that "ah, I get it!" moment. We'll laugh, we'll make mistakes, and we'll make real progress.
When I'm not teaching you'll find me chasing dessert, rescuing stray cats, and staying up far too late β but I promise to be bright-eyed for our lessons. β¨
